WARRANTY CONDITIONS, Cancellation Policy

WristWatchAlley warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, WristWatchAlley will at its option,either repair or replace any parts of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by WristWatchAlley on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from wear & tear, accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification etc.


• You may able to cancel the order before the seller makes delivery.
If you have purchased item through "Cash Transfer to Seller", you can get the refund directly from the seller.
• In case the seller has sent the item, you may contact seller and request for return & refund.
Refund Policy • In general, the amount will be refunded by the same payment method that was used to make payment.
• The return cost and/or indemnity may be charged to you after you return the item.
• The refund may not be accepted in the following cases:

① The item has been damaged/made defective by customer's fault (except for the package being opened to check
the item).
② The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/consumption.
③ The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive nature of the sale,
so that it is unable to be sold again.
④ Unrecoverable liability has been made to the seller due to customization or unique production of items.
